Ssamzigil was newly created in 2004 based on Insadong’s distinctive character, long known as one of Seoul’s representative traditional streets. It is a complex cultural space with shops selling traditional and modern crafts, and each floor offers something small and interesting to browse.
Insadong remains one of Seoul’s signature streets. Antiques shops, galleries, traditional eateries, and landmarks such as Ssamziegil and the Mokin Museum come together here.
