Introduction Hicos ININ is synthetic ester of isononyl alcohol and isononanoic acid. Isononyl Isononanoate is a clear, oily liquid that is used in the emollient of a wide variety of cosmetic & personal care products. What are emollients? Emollients, or moisturizers help keep the skin healthy by reducing water loss from the epidermis - the outer layer of skin. Emollients keep the skin moist and supple by providing a protective film.
