PEG, Alkyl modifei d self-emulsifying crosslinked silicone elastomer. It can be used in a variety of skin care products, colour cosmetics and sun care aplications. Recommended usage level 1.0-5.0 KCC Beauty SerSilk EL 98 is a silicone emulsified gel blend with alkyl chain and PEG modified. The alkyl chain improves compatibility with organic oils and can be applied in a variety of oils.
