Biochemica® Camellia Tea Oil is a highly restorative and quick-penetrating cold-pressed oil obtained from the seeds of Camellia oleifera . About two-thirds of the oil's fatty acid content is oleic acid, with total unsaturated fatty acid content, including essential fatty acids, close to 85%. It also contains natural tocopherols and polyphenols. This compositional profile is what gives Camellia Oleifera seed oil its unique skin feel and rejuvenating properties. Biochemica® Camellia Tea Oil is ideal for use in cosmetics, toiletries, bar soaps, massage oils, after-sun skin care, hair care or any cosmetic application where its time-proven attributes are desired. Suggested use levels are: massage oil: 5 – 100%, bar soaps: 3 – 6%, lotions and creams: 3 – 5%, and hair conditioners: 2 – 5%.
