솔비탄지방산 에스테르는솔비톨또는 솔비탄과같은 다가 알코올과 스테아릭산 (Stearic acid, C18:0)을에스테르결합하여 형성된 비이온성 계면활성제입니다. Solbitan fatty acid ester is a non-ionic surfactant formed through binding multivalent alcohol such as solbitor or solbitan and stearic acid (C18:0) with ester.
