원료 설명

식물유지유래 지방산(Caprylic/capric acid)과글리세린을 원료로 사용하며 에스테르화반응 후 증류공정을 거쳐 모노글리세라이드만을고순도로 정제한 제품입니다. 독성이없으며 유해 미생물에 대한 강한 항균력을 나타내어 오래전부터 식품의 보존제로 사용되어져 오고 있으며 최근에는 화장품 분야의 유화제및 보존제로서 사용되어지고 있습니다. It is a product that uses vegetable oil-derived fatty acid (caprylic/capric acid) and glycerin as the raw ingredients, and by purifying only monoglyceride through distillation process following esterification reaction. It has been used as a food preservative for long time since it has no toxicity and strong anti-bacterial action against harmful microbes.
