BELSIL® DM 12500 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a Dimethicone with a viscosity of 12500 mm²/s. is characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Due to their flexible polymer backbone, dimethicones have high permeability to gases (e.g. water vapor, oxygen), which allows respiration of the skin. High-viscous BELSIL® DM 12500 is used in a highly varied range of cosmetic applications. Dimethicones provide a hydrophobic, protective, but breathable barrier for the skin, imparting softness and emolliency. In hair-care products, high-viscous dimethicones are among the most commonly used conditioning additives. They improve both wet and dry combability, impart a soft feel to the hair and enhance shine. 적용: Hair Care, Make-up, Skin Care
