솔비탄지방산 에스테르는솔비톨또는 솔비탄과같은 다가 알코올과 올레익산 (Oleicacid, C18:1)을 에스테르결합하여 형성된 비이온성 계면활성제입니다. 솔비탄지방산에스테르는비교적 친유성이큰 유화제로서 친유성의W/O 유화에적합한 계면활성제 입니다. Solbitan fatty acid ester is a non-ionic surfactant formed through binding multivalent alcohol such as solbitor or solbitan and oleic acid (C18:1) with ester. Solbitan fatty acid ester is an emulsified with relatively high lipophilic property and is a surfactant appropriate for lipophilic W/O emulsification.
