A non-ionic emulsion of a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane fluid with a medium particle size specifically designed for use in personal care products. This product provides strong conditioning performance. Recommended usage level 2-5 SeraShine EM 129 Dimethicone emulsion is a non-ionic emulsion of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane fluid specifically designed for use in personal care products. Leaving the hair feeling soft and smooth, it also delivers excellent dry combing and gloss. This product provides strong conditioning performance. It improves the wet and dry combing of hair to protect damages hair. It also imparts soft feel and improves shin to the hairs.
