Hallstar offers an antioxidant-rich cranberry butter for personal care applications, Biochemica® Cranberry Butter Organic. With an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score of 9,584 units per 100 grams, cranberry ranks near the top of the scale of high ORAC food ingredients. This super fruit butter contains lyophilized (freeze-dried), certified organic whole cranberries that are micronized into a fine particle dispersion. We then infuse this into a proprietary blend of other USDA-NOP organic certified ingredients to form a luxurious, soft and spreadable version of the fruit in anhydrous form. Formulators are now able to add the nutrient and anti-oxidant rich attributes of cranberry into their formulas in a completely new and innovative way!
