Glabridin is a naturally occurring phenolic compound that falls under the flavonoid group of chemicals, derived from the dried rhizomes of Glycyrrhiza glabra. Glabridin is a molecule well tolerated by all skin types. Soluble in organic solvents and in Propylene glycol. Inhibits tyrosinase activity; anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and sun protection. A safe, mild and effective whitening active ingredient. Process: licorice, ethanol extraction, column chromatography, collection, drying.
