Almax-9280은식물 유래 올레인산(Oleic acid)과폴리글리세린(Polyglycerin)을 원료로제조한 Polyglyceryl-2 Oleate가주성분인 식품첨가물 수준의 제품으로 안전성과 관능적 특성이 우수합니다. 친유성의O/W, W/O 유화에적합한 계면활성제 입니다. 식품첨가물로서주로 제과제빵, 아이스크림, 음료, 안료로사용되며 화장품원료로서 탁월한 유화기능을 나타내며 파운데이션, 자외선차단제, CC크림, BB크림 등에사용됩니다. Almax-9280 is a food additive level product manufactured with polyglyceryl-2-oleate, produced with plant-derived oleic acid and polyglycerin as the raw ingredients, as the main ingredient with outstanding safety and sensual characteristics. It is a surfactant appropriate for lipophilic O/W and W/O emulsification.
