솔비탄 지방산 에스테르는 솔비톨 또는 솔비탄과 같은 다가 알코올과 팔미트산 (Palmitic acid, C16:0)을 에스테르 결합하여 형성된 비이온성 계면활성제입니다. Solbitan fatty acid ester is a non-ionic surfactant formed through binding multivalent alcohol such as solbitor or solbitan and palmitic acid (C16:0) with ester.
