원료 설명

목화씨유래 유지(면실유)와글리세린을 원료로 사용하여 에스테르교환 반응 후, 증류공정을거쳐 모노글리세라이드만을고순도(모노글리세라이드95% 이상)로 정제한제품입니다. 뜨거운 물, 알코올, 유지에용해되며 캔디, 츄잉껌 및 카라멜등의 기능성 원료로 사용될 수 있습니다. It is a product that uses cotton seed-derived oil and glycerin as the raw ingredients, and by purifying only monoglyceride (purity of more than 95%) through distillation process following esterification reaction.
