Polyglyceryl-10Oleate는식물 유래 스테아린산과글리세린 중합체를 원료로 제조한 식품첨가물 수준의 제품으로 안전성과 관능적 특성이 우수합니다. 열, 산, 염에 대한내성이 우수하고, 친수성의O/W유화에적합한 계면활성제 입니다. 일정량의글리세린을 포함하고 있어 Almax-9080의사용성을 개선 하였습니다. 식품 및화장품의 원료로 사용되며 특히, 제과제빵, 아이스크림, 음료, 마가린등에 첨가되어 조직개선, 관능개선, W/O 분산안정과 형태 유지 등의 기능을 나타냅니다. Polyglyceryl-10 oleate is a food additive level product manufactured with plant-derived stearic acid and glycerin polymer as the raw ingredients with outstanding safety and sensual characteristics. It is a surfactant with outstanding resistance to heat, acid and base, and appropriate for hydrophilic O/W emulsification. The usability of Almax-9080 was improved by including a prescribed quantity of glycerin.
