Polyglyceryl-10Stearate는식물 유래 스테아린산과글리세린 중합체를 원료로 제조한 식품첨가물 수준의 제품으로 안전성과 관능적 특성이 우수합니다. 열, 산, 염에 대한내성이 우수하고, 친수성의O/W유화에적합한 계면활성제 입니다.Almax-9064는수분과 주정을 혼합하여 Polyglyceryl-10Stearate의사용성을 개선하였습니다.식품, 화장품산업에 다양하게 사용되고 있으며 제과제빵,유제품, 아이스크림, 음료, 감미료등에 사용되고 있습니다. Polyglyceryl-10 stearate is a food additive level product manufactured with plant-derived stearic acid and glycerin polymer as the raw ingredients with outstanding safety and sensual characteristics. It is a surfactant with outstanding resistance to heat, acid and base, and appropriate for hydrophilic O/W emulsification. Usability of polyglyceryl-10 stearate was improved for Almax-9064 by mixing water and spirit.
