GLUCATE SS is a unique, naturally-derived, nonionic emulsifier that works well individually or together with other emulsifiers. GLUCATE SS emulsifier is methyl glucose esterified with stearic acid. It is 100% active, and is supplied as off-white flakes. GLUCATE SS emulsifier has water-in-oil emulsifying activity, which is beneficial for industries that require generating and stabilizing viscosity in oil-in-water emulsions. GLUCATE SS also functions as an auxiliary emulsifier for all systems. With extremely low irritation scores, GLUCATE SS is suitable for products used near sensitive areas. Naturally-derived, nonionic emulsifiers.
