SpectraSun-F is a new eco-friendly concept of natural skin protection from damage induced by solar radiation. Although not classified as a sun filter, thanks to the photostable UV Absorption action of two natural molecules such as ferulic acid and rutin, SpectraSun-F can offer considerable skin protection from UVB and UVA and prevent, thanks to the anti-inflammatory and anti-histaminic action of rutin, the formation of sunburn. That's not all, thanks to the presence of a high concentration of Ferulic acid (30%), SpectraSun can prevent UVR-induced cutaneous photodamages, quenching free radicals such as hydroxyl radicals, nitric oxide, and superoxide. For this reason, it can also be used as an active ingredient capable of delaying the skin photoaging processes. SpectraSun-F is available in two versions: SpectraSun-FL a dispersion at 40% (Ferulic acid + Rutin) in polyglyceryl-4 caprate that increases the dispersion of active ingredients and reduces skin absorption; SpectraSun-FP containing pure powder blend of Ferulic acid and Rutin.
