원료 설명

식물유지유래 지방산과 글리세린을 원료로 사용하며 에스테르화반응한 합성품으로서 중순도 (모노글리세라이드40%이상)의 모노글리세라이드로구성된 제품입니다. 뜨거운 물, 알코올, 유지에용해되며 두유, 빵, 커피 화이트너, 버터, 마가린 등에 유화제및 유화안정제로 사용될 수 있습니다. It is a product that uses vegetable oil-derived fatty acid, and glycerin as the raw ingredients, and by purifying only monoglyceride (mid-level purity of more than 40%) through distillation process following esterification reaction.
