A clear viscous liquid, where approximately 12% of an ultra-high viscosity dimethiconol gum is dispersed into phenyl functional silicone fluid. It can be incorporated directly into the oil phase of the formulations with high speed mixing. As it is non-volatile, it is not sensitive to heat during process.
