In Korea, it’s easier to be understood if you briefly describe your symptoms first, then add “since when” and “in what situations.” These expressions are practical for a card.
At a shop, “I have sensitive skin” 민감성 피부예요(ミンガムソン ピブイェヨ) and “Do you have products without fragrance?” 향료 없는 제품 있어요?(ヒャンニョ オムヌン チェプム イッソヨ?) are also useful. At a dermatologist’s office, it’s easier to explain if you show the names or photos of any cosmetics or medications you’ve used. If the pain is severe or the symptoms spread suddenly, see a dermatologist rather than asking for shopping advice.
