The checklist is the right idea, but the biggest time-saver is a clear brief before you ask for rates. Include the target audience, deliverables (format, length, number of posts), timeline, budget range, usage rights, exclusivity, and how performance will be measured. For Korean campaigns, also clarify whether captions and on-screen text should be in Korean, who handles translation, and whether the creator needs to follow a specific claims or ad-disclosure guide.

Creators and agencies often ask about product shipping, payment terms, revision limits, content approval, and whether paid amplification or reuse on brand channels is included. Treat those as separate permissions: a sponsored post doesn’t automatically mean unlimited ad or repost rights. For Naver Blog, agree on the review scope and disclosure up front; for short-form video, specify whether you need raw footage or only the finished edit.

Platform fit depends more on the audience and creative than a universal “best” channel. I’d match the platform to the campaign goal, then test a small mix rather than assume one will win. What’s the product category and main goal—awareness, search discovery, or conversion?
