A small nuance about usage: they don’t all describe exactly the same thing, and some sound more natural on social media or in advertising than in everyday conversation. These four on the card are generally understood like this:

• 꿀피부 (kkul-pibu): “honey-like” skin, meaning skin that looks smooth, radiant, and healthy; it’s a compliment, not a skin type.
• 물광 (mul-gwang): literally, “water glow”; that very dewy, reflective finish. It doesn’t necessarily mean the skin is hydrated: sometimes it’s just the effect of makeup.
• 쌩얼 (ssaeng-eol): a bare face, usually without makeup. It doesn’t always mean “without any products” or amount to an unfiltered photo.
• 진정 (jinjeong): calming or a soothing sensation; it appears often on labels and in claims for products for skin that looks irritated or red. It’s cosmetic language, not a medical promise.

Pronunciation has its own appeal, too: in 쌩얼, that doubled initial consonant is pronounced with extra tension. Does the card include the other four words? It would be useful to see them to tell which ones people really hear and which are more marketing-oriented.
