이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 올리고펩타이드-184 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-59의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 138개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.

sr-(Oligopeptide-184 sh-Polypeptide-59) is a single chain fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Oligopeptide-184 and sh-Polypeptide-59. The fusion peptide contains 138 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence from the 20 standard amino acids.
