이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 단백질이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-1, 에스알-오션파우트폴리펩타이드-1 및 다이펩타이드-39의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 118개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.

sh-Oligopeptide-1 sr-Ocean Pout Oligopeptide-1 Dipeptide-39 is a single chain recombinant protein produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Oligopeptide-1 and sr-Ocean Pout Polypeptide-1 and Dipeptide-39. The fusion protein contains 118 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
