Monami FACTORY, which first opened in Seongsu-dong in 1963, has now been transformed into Monami Store Seongsu. Here, you can get hands-on with Monami products and enjoy a more personal experience by making your own DIY items. The store carries everything from ballpoint pens and notebooks to a build-it-yourself ballpoint pen, and reservations are available for the one-day class known as Ink Lab. You’ll also find collaboration items created with a range of characters and brands. With its relaxed atmosphere and Seongsu-dong’s unmistakable character, it offers a leisurely place to browse that feels quite different from the stationery shops you may know.
