Graft copolymer with an acrylic polymer backbone and dimethylpolysiloxane side chain They combines the benefits of acrylic resins with silicones. - Anchorage of ester group of polyacrylate on pigment surface - Hydrogen bond of hydrophilic functional group with OH group of pigment surface 0.5 – 20% to sunscreens and color cosmetic formulations SeraSense AD 52 is a silicone acrylate copolymer used in personal care applications. It is a useful ingredient showing good compatibility with pigments and cosmetic ingredients consist of dimethicone and acrylate silicone. Shows excellent powder dispersibility, act as good dispersant in personal care applications.
