Manufacturing process: Process: Supercritical CO2 extraction with a vegetable origin co-solvent Starting substances: Crithmum maritimum Solvent: Caprylic/capric triglyceride Physical form: wax Mimics the beneficial effects of retinoids without irritating or photo-sensitising the skin. Its retinoid-like action reduces sebum secretion, smoothes out wrinkles due to cutaneous ageing and leaves the skin smooth, uniform and softened. What it is: A wax obtained from Criste Marine, a vivacious coastal plant introduced into the French Pharmacopoeia in 1837 and known since antiquity. Sailors used to take it with them on long voyages due to its high Vitamin C and mineral content. Benefits: After 28 days application the surface of the skin is smoother and wrinkles attenuated. Sebum levels are also reduced for a mattifying effect. How to use: Lipo-soluble active to be used at 0.3% or more in: an eye contour cosmetic an anti-wrinkle cream A sebum regulating serum Mime les propriétés bienfaitrices des rétinoïdes, sans effet irritant ou photosensibilisant pour la peau. Son action « retinoid like », réduit la sécrétion de sébum, atténue rides et ridules dues au vieillissement cutané et laisse la peau lisse, uniforme et adoucie. CE QUE C'EST: Une cire obtenue à partir de Criste Marine, une plante vivace de bord de mer introduite dans la Pharmacopée Française depuis 1837 et connue depuis l’Antiquité. Jadis, les marins l’emportaient dans leurs voyages au long cours en raison de sa richesse en vitamine C et en sels minéraux. SES BENEFICES SOINS: Dès 28 jours d'application, la surface de la peau est lissée, les ridules sont atténuées. Le taux de sébum est également diminué pour un effet matifiant.
