Ultra high molecular weight silica gel dispersed in the mixture of low viscosity Dimethicone can provide excellent silkily smooth feel without greasy. It can form a permeable film on skin, provide skin excellent and lasting soft silkily smooth feel, enhance product's moisturizing and moistening ability; it has excellent hydrophobicity, can improve formula's water resistance and provide long-term water resistance effect. In addition, 9243 can also regulate hair, effectively improve hair carding, repair hair quality, reduce hair rashness, and make hair smooth, soft and shiny. Main advantage: 1.
