- 적당량의 따뜻한 물(36-38c)을 받아주세요. 종이컵으로 족욕(1/4컵), 반신욕(2/4컵), 전신욕(3/4컵)의 배쓰솔트를 넣어 완전히 녹여주세요. 20분 정도 입욕 후 남은 물기는 두드려 흡수시켜주세요.
