Southern hemisphere: spring is here. Have you switched sunscreen yet?

While autumn starts in Korea and Spain, days are getting longer in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and southern Brazil, and the sun feels a little stronger each week. Southern Cone skincare communities repeat the same seasonal ritual:

• Check the date on the sunscreen that survived winter in a drawer.

• Switch from a richer cream to a lighter fluid or gel.

• Carry a pocket format again (stick, mist or SPF cushion) for reapplying.

• Remember ears, neck and hands, which were covered up all winter.

A recurring question also comes up: is it worth buying a Korean sunscreen for the season, or better to go local and easier to restock if it runs out mid-summer?
