Choosing based on your scalp condition is more reliable than going by the words “hair type”:

• Gets oily easily, flat roots: Look for 「지성 두피」 (oily scalp) or 「딥 클렌징」 (deep cleansing). Check whether it contains ​SALICYLIC ACID; if your scalp is sensitive or tends to feel tight, don’t treat strong cleansing as an everyday necessity.
• Concerned about hair loss: 「탈모 증상 완화」 (relief of hair loss symptoms) on store shelves is usually a cosmetic label, not a hair loss treatment. Shampoo is mainly for cleansing the scalp, so don’t expect it to solve hair loss on its own; if hair loss suddenly increases noticeably or continues to get worse, consider seeing a dermatologist.
• Dryness and tangles after coloring or perming: Look for 「손상모」 (damaged hair) or 「헤어 리페어」 (repair), and check for smoothing ingredients like ​DIMETHICONE. Shampoo is for cleansing; using conditioner from mid-lengths to ends is usually more helpful than leaving a repair shampoo on your hair.
