Where Korean makeup puts blush (and why it looks so fresh)
If your blush looks "done" but not fresh, placement is usually the reason. Korean makeup tutorials tend to move blush higher and closer to the center of the face than the classic contour-style swipe.
Common placements you will see:
- Under-eye / upper cheek: a soft patch just below the outer eye. Reads as youthful and a little flushed.
- Across the nose bridge: a faint wash linking both cheeks, the "just came in from the cold" look.
- Round apples: tapped in a circle while smiling, then blended outward. Softest on round faces.
