Do you wear sunscreen every day, even in winter?
Everyone remembers it in summer, but when the weather turns cloudy and cold, we often skip sunscreen. Quite a bit of UVA still gets through in winter, and snow increases reflection, too.
Which statement about winter UV exposure is correct?

Whether you wear it every day in winter can depend on your lifestyle, but it’s worth applying on days when you go out during the day or spend a long time by a window. UVB is more affected by the seasons, but some UVA still reaches you on cloudy days, and reflected light from snow can increase exposure. It’s especially hard to let your guard down just because it’s winter if you’re outdoors for a long time, like at a ski resort.
My recommendation is to apply a product with SPF 30 or higher and PA+++ or PA++++ to your face and exposed areas. Reapply if you’re spending a long time outdoors or it has come off from sweat or snow. If you’re indoors all day and not near a window, you can make it a lower priority. Some people find it easier to apply it every day, while others only remember it on days they go out, so realistically, it’s best to set a standard you can stick to consistently. I wonder which option will get the most votes.
