For a day itinerary, personal color analysis → browsing Olive Young → head spa seems like a safe bet. The results from a personal color analysis stick with you, so it’s fun for friends to compare, and at Olive Young you can use the colors from your analysis as a guide to choose lipstick or blush. Stock and services may vary by store, so it’s best to check reservations and hours before visiting.
If you have more time or are interested in Korean bathhouse culture, a jjimjilbang is a fun option too. However, body scrubbing can be a hit-or-miss experience for friends with sensitive skin or who aren’t used to it, and it’s helpful to explain the booking process and how things work in advance. Rather than adding a dermatology procedure on the spur of the moment as if it were a “tourist attraction,” I recommend considering it only if your friend wants to, after a thorough consultation and with recovery time in mind.
