Gentle Monster is a Korean eyewear brand that has attracted attention through collaborations with popular Hallyu stars. Located on Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, the Gentle Monster Sinsa Flagship Store catches the eye with its clean white exterior, large entrance, and open first-floor layout. One of Gentle Monster’s biggest charms is that each branch has its own concept, creating different interiors and spatial changes. The Sinsa flagship store is no exception. Renovated in June 2023, this location is themed “TIME - SLEEP,” telling an imaginative story of time-slip phenomena created through sleep. To express the fantasy of time slip through a massive art object, the space was designed with unusual scenes based on research into structural forms and animal movement.

On each floor, eyewear collections in various designs are displayed together with objects, creating a sensuous and distinctive space. Inspired by the movement and forms of living things, the objects are presented in an artistic mood, inviting visitors to step away from reality and experience their own fantasies.
