Do you have any weird skincare habits of your own?
Keeping toner in the fridge, putting on a sheet mask while showering, applying lip balm three times before bed… Everyone has at least one, right?

My recommendation is to just check whether it feels good without being hard on the product or your skin. Refrigerated toner is fine if you enjoy the cool sensation, but refrigerating it won’t make it especially more effective. If the product label gives specific storage instructions, follow those first.
During a shower, steam and water can make a sheet mask come loose or wash away the essence. Use it for the time stated on the mask, and it’s best not to expose it to hot water for too long. Applying lip balm three times is generally fine, but if a product containing fragrance or menthol makes your lips sting, try switching to a fragrance-free one.
I’d vote for regularly changing to a clean, completely dry pillowcase rather than changing it every day. What’s a habit you keep up with more for the satisfaction than for the actual results?
Does storing toner in the refrigerator actually make any difference?
What mainly changes is the cool feeling when you apply it. Your skin may feel comfortable, as if it has been soothed, for a short while, but simply keeping toner in the refrigerator is unlikely to make effects like hydration or brightening stronger. If you prefer using it cold, check the product label’s storage instructions first, and avoid freezing it or keeping it somewhere with frequent temperature changes. Even if it contains preservatives, it’s best to stick to the same period of use after opening.
