The safest haul is the one packed in layers: cap → seal → cushion.
For toners, essences and cleansers, tighten the cap, cover the opening with a small piece of plastic wrap, then screw the cap back on. Put each bottle in its own zip bag; keep anything you’d hate to lose in your carry-on if it meets your airline’s liquid rules.
Keep glass bottles in a padded pouch or wrap them in clothes, then place them near the middle of your checked bag—not against the shell. A small carton from the shop can add useful cushioning.
Sheet masks are less fragile, but stacks get heavy. Flatten them in a zip bag and spread them between bags; don’t cram them beside sharp makeup tools.
For pads, secure the inner lid and outer cap, then bag the tub. Pumps can be locked or taped down; check that they won’t press against other items.
Leave a little space for airport purchases, and check your airline’s current cabin-liquid and baggage limits before flying.
A foldable tote can rescue an overstuffed suitcase, but don’t put heavy glass in it without padding.
