Vibrio Alginolyticus Collagenase is a single chain recombinant protein produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from Vibrio Alginolyticus which codes for the enzyme, Collagenase. The protein contains a maximum of 1021 amino acids, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
