이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 융합펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 트라이펩타이드-46, 헥사펩타이드-40, 데카펩타이드-27, 메티오닐올리고펩타이드-91, 다이펩타이드-19 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-2의 서열을 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합펩타이드는 표준아미노산으로 구성된 149개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있다.

Tripeptide-46 Hexapeptide-40 Decapeptide-27 Methionyl Oligopeptide-91 Dipeptide-19 sh-Polypeptide-2 is a single chain recombinant fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tripeptide-46, Hexapeptide-40, Decapeptide-27, Oligopeptide-91 , Dipeptide-19, and sh-Polypeptide-2 with the amino acid code for Methionine. The fusion peptide contains 149 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
