TRI SR-(DIPEPTIDE-88 PENTA HYDROXYLATED OCTA SH-POLYPEPTIDE-69)

Tri sr-(Dipeptide-88 Penta Hydroxylated Octa sh-Polypeptide-69) is a trimer of the single chain recombinant peptide produced by fermentation in Pichia pastoris. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from Dipeptide-88 and eight repeats of sh-Polypeptide-69 where the prolines have been hydroxylated to hydroxyproline. The fusion peptide contains 314 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence from the 20 standard amino acids.
