sr-(Tiger Polypeptide-2 Hexapeptide-40) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sr-Tiger Polypeptide-2 and Hexapeptide-40. The fusion peptide contains 103 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스알-호랑이폴리펩타이드-2 및 헥사펩타이드-40의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 103개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며, 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
