SR-(SH-POLYPEPTIDE-143 SH-POLYPEPTIDE-144)

sr-(sh-Polypeptide-143 sh-Polypeptide-144) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in Chinese hamster ovary cells. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes encoding for sh-Polypeptide-143 and sh-Polypeptide-144. The fusion peptide contains 236 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
