SR-(PROLINYL SH-POLYPEPTIDE-145)

is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of Proline and the gene from sh-Polypeptide-145. The fusion peptide contains 9 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 프롤린과 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-145를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 9개의 표준아미노산으로 구성되어 있다.
