Definición
sr-(Polypeptide-168 Oligopeptide-178) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in Pichia pastoris. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Polypeptide-168 and Oligopeptide-178. The fusion peptide contains 970 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 Pichia pastoris에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발 유전자는 폴리펩타이드-168 및 올리고펩타이드-178의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 970개의 표준아미노산으로 구성되어 있다.
