sr-(Oligopeptide-91 Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Oligopeptide-91 (synthetic peptide containing 21 amino acids consisting of arginine, glutamic acid, glutamine, lysine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan and valine) and sr-Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1. The fusion peptide contains 468 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 올리고펩타이드-91 및 에스알-클로스트리듐 보툴리눔폴리펩타이드-1을 코딩하는 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 468개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
