SR-MUSSEL DECAPEPTIDE-1

sr-Mussel Decapeptide-1 is a single chain peptide recombinantly produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized based on a 10 amino acid sequence from Adhesive Plaque Matrix Protein found in mussel, Mytilus galloprovincialiss. The parent protein contains a maximum of 473 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일 사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 홍합 Mytilus galloprovincialiss에서 발견되는 접착 플라크 매트릭스 단백질에서 발견된 10개의 아미노산 서열을 기반으로 합성된다. 모단백질은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 473개의 표준 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다.
