The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from Tripeptide-46, Hexapeptide-40, Decapeptide-27, s-Escherichia Phage T7 Polypeptide-1, Polypeptide-1, Octapeptide-46, Dipeptide-19, and Hexapeptide-40 with the initiation codon for methionine.
