SR-(METHIONYL STURGEON POLYPEPTIDE-1)

sr-(Methionyl Sturgeon Polypeptide-1) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Sturgeon Polypeptide-1 with the initiation code for methionine. The fusion peptide contains 191 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발 유전자는 철갑상어폴리펩타이드-1의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것으로, 메티오닌을 개시코드로 갖는다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 191개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
