SR-(METHIONYL SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-75 SH-POLYPEPTIDE-1 HEXAPEPTIDE-40)

sr-(Methionyl sh-Oligopeptide-75 sh-Polypeptide-1 Hexapeptide-40) is a single chain recombinant peptide produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from sh-Oligopeptide-75, sh-Polypeptide-1, and Hexapeptide-40 with the initiation code for methionine. The fusion peptide contains 168 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence from the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균으로 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발 유전자는 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-75, 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-1 및 헥사펩타이드-40의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것으로, 메티오닌을 개시코드로 갖는다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 168개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
